“Bochum’s Roncalli House is now being supplied with environmentally friendly green electricity by Stadtwerke Bochum. The owner of the Catholic dormitory concluded an individual agreement with the energy supplier for this purpose.

The student accommodation, which offers 156 rooms for students close to the university, has an annual electricity requirement of around 120,000 kilowatt hours (kWh). The conversion to green electricity will save more than 24 tonnes of carbon dioxide from now on.” – Stadtwerke Bochum
